Walking and Hiking

Explore and experience the wilderness on foot in one or more of the really unspoiled natural parks. Spend anything from two days to a week in the Serengeti national park, the Selous Game Reserve, or Katavi national park. Walking and hiking give you a unique opportunity to experience the biodiversity, and discover beautiful landscapes and extraordinary wildlife. Walking and hiking can also be the most memorable centrepiece of a safari and include hiking in, or even climbing, Mt Kilimanjaro (Africa’s highest mountain) or discovering the unspoilt wilderness of Mt Meru, from which there are stunning views across the plains and of the Kilimanjaro.
